WhatsApp and third-party services
When checkout opens WhatsApp, the order message is transferred to WhatsApp for you to review and send. WhatsApp processes that message under its own privacy terms. The website may also use browser features such as local storage, service workers, and installable-web-app functionality.
Storage and access
Some information is stored on your device so the website or app can remember your cart, profile, addresses, and preferences. Confirmed orders and synchronized customer information may also be stored on the restaurant’s web server so authorized Malik and Counter users can manage orders and customer service.
Data sharing
Customer information is used for restaurant operations and is not intended for sale to advertisers. It may be shared with staff or delivery personnel only as needed to prepare and complete an order, or when required by law.
Data retention and deletion
Order and customer records may be retained for operational, accounting, support, and security purposes. Customers can clear local website/app data from their browser or device. The website owner can also remove customer and order records using the Malik Panel reset controls.

- Edit your profile, saved addresses, and notification preferences in the ordering interface.
- Remove locally saved website/app data through your browser settings.
- Choose whether to install the web app or allow browser notifications.
